About the Organization:
Central Community House is a comprehensive community center that has been serving the near east side of Columbus, Ohio in the settlement house tradition since 1936. Each year we touch thousands of lives in three main focus areas: Our Child Care Center, Neighborhood Support and Development, and Youth and Family Services. The Child Care Center provides an education-focused, nationally accredited (NAEYC) program for 50-60, most of whom are subsidized through Title XX assistance. Youth and Family Services provide after-school and summer enrichment programs, Transit Arts, an urban atrs-based Development program, and numerous youth and teen development programs. Neighborhood Support and health programs, advocacy, an active senior program, and neighborhood meeting space and support. for more information, please visit www.cchouse.org.
