Mission Statement: 
Oakland Park School of Technology's statement is to empower our community by offering its people an opportunity to obtain skills in a technical field, this being computer science. These people will then be able to seek better jobs. The school will focus all of its efforts in providing training and assistance to equip students for careers that will not only enrich their lives but also revive the community in which they live in.

About the Organization: 
We are a faith-based non-profit organization that offers computer courses that will lead to office positions and free ESL and GED classes. We are bound to educate our community. We also have evening childcare for our students that attend our classes. We are in the process of opening a computer course for senior citizens. This course involves learning the basic components and how they function on the computer. They will learn to create letters, write resumes, etc, and search the internet.
